I have purchased a package, how do I use it?
Once you have purchased your package, you can book your appointment online by selecting the treatment included in the package, just as you would for a standard booking.
When filling out the booking form, select the ‘Package’ payment method from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
No fees will be applied if the package is selected correctly.
If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact me, I will be happy to assist you.
How do I book a treatment?
Appointments can only be made online via the website to ensure smooth organisation and a personalised welcome.
You will need to create a customer account. Your data will be stored securely.
You can modify or view your appointments at any time from your personal space, under the ‘My bookings’ section.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Due to numerous missed appointments, a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
Are the treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Each facial treatment is fully personalised according to your skin type, needs and goals (radiance, firmness, relaxation, anti-ageing, etc.).
Any allergies or sensitivities must be reported in advance.
How often should you have a facial?
In general, one treatment per month is ideal for maintaining skin quality.
Personalised treatments can be offered according to your needs (anti-ageing, radiance boost, firming, revitalisation, etc.).
Are treatments carried out in individual treatment rooms?
Yes. Clients are welcomed one by one in an intimate, calm and confidential setting to ensure an exclusive and personalised treatment experience.
Should I arrive early?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure the quality of your treatment and the peace and quiet of subsequent clients
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, according to the conditions specified in the cancellation policy.
Any late cancellation may result in the loss of the deposit.
May I bring someone with me?
In order to preserve the tranquillity of the premises and the sensory experience, the institute only welcomes people with appointments.
