Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure optimal organization and to respect everyone's time, Instant de Soi has implemented the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments

Any cancellation or change of appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

After this period, the reserved service will be considered due.

Any appointment not kept, without prior cancellation, may result in the full cost of the service being charged.

In case of delay:

For treatments shorter than 15 minutes: the treatment may be shortened without a price reduction.
If the appointment is longer than 15 minutes, it may be cancelled, and the service fee will still be due.

When payment is made online at the time of booking:

In the event of force majeure, Instant de Soi reserves the right to evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Any appointment booking implies full and complete acceptance of this cancellation policy.
