The services offered are beauty and wellness treatments, detailed on the website and when making an appointment.
 Treatments are provided by appointment only.
The services offered are neither medical nor therapeutic and are in no way a substitute for medical treatment.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes.
Instant de Soi reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, with services being billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.

4. Reservation

Booking services is done:

  • online via the website

  • by telephone

  • or directly to the center

All reservations imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment terms

Payment for services is made:

  • on site on the day of the appointment

  • online at the time of booking (deposit only)

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, cash.

6. Cancellation and modification

Any cancellation or change of appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

In the event of:

  • late cancellation

  • missed appointment

Instant de Soi reserves the right to charge for all or part of the service booked.

7. Delay

In case of delay:

  • If the treatment lasts longer than 15 minutes, it may be shortened or cancelled.

  • the total amount of the benefit remains due

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.

9. Responsibility

The center cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client regarding their health condition or contraindications.

It is the client's responsibility to report any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before the service.

10. Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Complaints

Any complaint must be made by email to instantdesoi75015@orange.fr within 48 hours of the service.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
